2.Who is eligible to join Anmol Club?

Any one-time purchase of 4500 Rs. or more can get you an Anmol Club membership.

3.What are the benefits of Anmol Club membership?

With an Anmol Club membership, for every 150 Rs. that you spend shopping with us, you earn back 5 points. The more you shop, the more points you earn. 5 point = 150 INR. What’s more, Anmol Club members also get access to a host of other benefits including new product previews, special offers and exclusive experiences with Body Gold.

4.What is the value of a point?

1 point is equivalent to 1 Rs.

5.What is the validity period of membership?

The Anmol Club membership is valid for life.

6.Is there a membership fee?

There is no membership fee. All you need to do is to shop for 4500 Rs. or more to become eligible for an Anmol Club membership.

7.How do I sign up for Anmol Club?

Visit a Body GOld store and shop for 4500 Rs. or more and you will be offered to sign up for an Anmol Club membership. To know more, speak to the store staff. You can also sign up for Anmol Club by shopping for 4500 Rs. or more at www.bodygold.com.

8.Am I entitled to earn points for my previous purchases if I sign up as Anmol Club member today?

You can only earn points after you have signed up for Anmol Club. No points will be awarded for purchases made before signing up for Anmol Club.

9.Where can I redeem the points that I have earned?

The points earned can only be redeemed for purchase at Body Gold exclusive brand outlets and at www.bodygold.com. Points cannot be redeemed at Body Gold stores inside Shopper’s Stop, Good Earth and Amethyst. Points cannot be redeemed at any online retailer except at www.bodygold.com.

10.How do I access my Anmol Club account?

To access your Anmol Club account, visit www.bodygold.com/anmol-club. Access your profile by logging in. You can track the status of your points and also make changes to your profile.

11.What if the number of points that I have are less than the purchase value of the transaction where I want to redeem my points?

If the number of points are less than the purchase value then the balance amount can be paid through cash/credit card/debit card.

12.Can I transfer my points to another person or exchange them for cash?

Points are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash. The points can only be used to make purchase at Body Gold stores and at www.bodygold.com.

13.Is there an expiration date for points?

Points earned are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned on a rolling basis. That means that while the points will get accumulated as you shop, the points that you earn for a purchase are valid for a period of 12 months from the day you earn them.

14.Can I re-instate expired points?

Points once expired cannot be re-instated.

16.What if I lose my card?

In case you lose your card, no problem, just walk into any of our store and speak to the store manager or write in to us at sales@bodygold.in. We would be happy to help you.

18.Do I need to carry my Anmol Club card with me to redeem my points?

No. The Anmol Club card is just a token of your association with us and it is not required to redeem your points. To redeem the point in your account, all we would need is that you carry your phone so that we can validate your account through sending a One-Time-Password (OTP).

  • The eligibility criteria to become an Anmol Club member is by spending 4500 Rs or more on a single purchase.
  • On every 150 Rs that you spend shopping with us, you earn back 5 points. The more you shop, the more points you earn. 5 point = 150 INR..
  • Anmol Club benefits are accrued only at Body Gold exclusive brand outlets and at www.bodygold.com
  • Anmol Club benefits do not apply at Body Gold stores inside Shopper’s Stop, Good Earth and Amethyst. Anmol Club benefits do not apply at any online retailer except at www.bodygold.com.
  • If shopping at our retail outlets, members need to present the card along with their phone number to redeem the rewards.
  • If shopping at www.bodygold.com, members need to enter their phone number to login and redeem the rewards.
  • Status on points accrued and points redeemed can be checked online at www.bodygold.com/anmol-club.
  • Points will be automatically updated after the invoice has been generated and will start reflecting on the portal instantly.
  • The points earned and accumulated are on a rolling basis. That means that while the points will get accumulated for every purchase, the points earned for every purchase are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are earned.
  • For every purchase made, the points will keep getting accumulated in the account until these are redeemed to make a purchase or unless they lapse at the end of 12 months.
  • Points earned by an Anmol Club member are non-transferrable and cannot be used for any other purpose other than to purchase at Body Gold stores and at www.bodygold.com.
  • Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  • For every purchase made by redeeming points, the number of points should be equal to or greater than the value of the purchase. If the number of points are less than the purchase value then the balance amount will need to be paid through cash/credit/debit card. Points can be earned only on amount paid (in cash or through credit/debit card).
  • Once the points have been redeemed or lapsed, the points cannot be reinstated under any circumstance and the transaction will be final.
  • Membership may be canceled at any time by notifying Body Gold Customer Service via email at sales@bodygold.in or via telephone at +91-995847514, +91-9711321696.
  • Body Gold reserves the right, at any time, to amend/ add/ remove/ modify (in whole or part) any of the terms & conditions of this program without prior notice to the members. Body Gold will attempt to notify members of any changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.
  • All disputes shall be settled in accordance to the laws of India and subject to courts in Delhi.
